1. Freshness & Food Safety
All our cheese platters are freshly prepared to order using perishable ingredients.
Once delivered or collected, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for food safety and hygiene reasons.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery or collection are non-refundable, as ingredients would have already been purchased and preparation scheduled.
  • Changes to delivery time or platter size are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives incorrect or visibly damaged, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photo proof (via WhatsApp or email).
We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

4. Delivery Issues
We engage third-party delivery partners to ensure timely delivery.
While every effort is made to deliver on time, delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for full refunds.
However, we will do our best to assist and resolve any issues promptly.

5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate delivery details.
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
  • Properly storing the platter (refrigeration) upon receipt.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
