🚚 Delivery Coverage

We offer island-wide delivery across Singapore, excluding restricted or secured areas such as:

  • Airports & airbases

  • Immigration checkpoints

  • Cargo zones / Jurong Island

  • Military camps (unless prior access is approved)

If you’re unsure whether delivery is available to your location, please WhatsApp us before placing your order.


💰 Delivery Fees

Advance orders (more than 24 hours’ notice):
SGD $15 flat rate, island-wide

Urgent orders (Less than 12 Hrs):
SGD $25, subject to availability

📅 Peak / Special Day Surcharges

Additional delivery surcharges may apply during:

  • Festive seasons (e.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day)

  • Public holidays

  • High-demand periods or weekends

Any applicable surcharge will be clearly shown at checkout or communicated in advance.


⏰ Delivery Time Slots

Available delivery windows:

  • Afternoon: 12pm – 3pm

  • Evening: 4pm – 6pm

Specific delivery times (e.g. 12:15pm sharp) are not guaranteed, but we will deliver within the selected time window.


🧀 Order Preparation & Lead Time

All platters and grazing boxes are freshly prepared upon order.

  • Advance orders: Please order at least 24 hours in advance

  • Next-day delivery: Orders must be placed by 6pm the day before

  • Urgent / same-day orders: Subject to availability — WhatsApp us first

  • Bulk or corporate orders: Minimum 3–5 days’ advance notice required


🚫 Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If no recipient is available at the delivery location:

  • Our driver will wait up to 10 minutes

  • Orders may be left at the doorstep (for residential addresses), or

  • A redelivery fee may apply if re-delivery is required

PlatterBox SG is not responsible for spoilage after successful delivery or doorstep drop-off.


🥗 Food Safety & Storage

  • All platters should be consumed within 4 hours of delivery

  • Refrigerate immediately if not consuming right away

  • PlatterBox SG is not responsible for food quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery
